Responsibility
- Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate student registrations, class schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and student information.
- Prepare and organize office materials, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for school activities and workshops.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing payments and invoices.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office software.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
