Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the AVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of integrity.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
