Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate company records, documentation, and filing systems in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Coordinate liaison activities with government agencies, ensuring timely submission of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee administrative processes, including correspondence, scheduling, and internal communications to support operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of corporate documents, contracts, and reports for management review.
- Monitor compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to policies.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve administrative support services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, or office support role, preferably in a corporate or construction/materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital documentation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
