Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation confirmations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including MS Office and reservation systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and local culture is a bonus.
