Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently, including walk-ins, phone, and online bookings.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with diplomacy and prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit transactions with precision.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
- Assist in promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) and basic office software (Excel, Word).
- Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism and dining industry is advantageous.
