Responsibility
- Greet and assist families and students upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, bookings, and payments via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, class schedules, and facility bookings.
- Coordinate with swim instructors to ensure smooth class transitions and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility, including poolside areas and reception.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the management team as needed.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting swim programs, events, and memberships to parents and guardians.
- Assist with inventory management of swim school supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or administrative roles (experience in swim schools or childcare is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with children and parents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and booking software (training will be provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- First aid or CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory (training can be provided).
