Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, and guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Hilton’s brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and facilities to uphold quality and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support the hotel’s profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset with a focus on service recovery.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and cultural sensitivity to cater to a diverse international clientele.
