Responsibility
- Process all guest transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Verify payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments) and issue receipts with precision.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring alignment with daily financial reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies professionally.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth order-to-payment workflows and minimize wait times.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
- Uphold company policies and hygiene standards in all cashier and guest interaction areas.
- Assist in training new staff on cashier operations and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience as a cashier, F&B attendant, or in a customer-facing role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong numerical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
- Professional appearance and a guest-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in multiple locations across Bali as needed.
