Responsibility
- Provide warm, personalized welcome and farewell to all guests, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, offering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Uphold Hiltonâs brand standards for service excellence, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations to enhance guest convenience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving guest issues.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or willingness to learn Hiltonâs operational tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
