Responsibility
- Negotiate and draft contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewal, termination, and amendment processes.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize contract terms.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts to protect the company's interests.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract terms and improve cost efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on contract status and performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, or procurement, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
