Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate reservations, bookings, and special requests, ensuring all guest needs are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and preferences using property management systems.
  • Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
