Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate reservations, bookings, and special requests, ensuring all guest needs are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and preferences using property management systems.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and local attractions is a bonus.
