Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to five-star standards.
- Restock and organize housekeeping supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning agents.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report discrepancies to the management team promptly.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting restocks as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
