Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest information using property management software.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Promote hotel services and upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions and cultural norms in Bali is an advantage.
