Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across all F&B outlets.
  • Lead menu engineering, pricing strategies, and cost control initiatives to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Spearhead the conceptualization and launch of innovative F&B offerings aligned with market trends and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty programs.
  • Oversee vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and inventory optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and industry benchmarks, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing F&B teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings to build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in F&B management, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and launching successful F&B concepts.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s hospitality market, including local and international guest preferences.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
