Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across all F&B outlets.
- Lead menu engineering, pricing strategies, and cost control initiatives to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Spearhead the conceptualization and launch of innovative F&B offerings aligned with market trends and guest preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty programs.
- Oversee vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and inventory optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and industry benchmarks, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing F&B teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings to build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in F&B management, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial or director-level role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and launching successful F&B concepts.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Baliās hospitality market, including local and international guest preferences.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
