Responsibility
- Warmly greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of daily financial activities.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide local recommendations, travel tips, and information about resort amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably in hotels, resorts, or condominiums.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) or reservation software is an advantage.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
