Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming, checking in, and checking out guests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using property management systems (PMS) with accuracy.
- Handle payment processing, billing inquiries, and financial transactions in compliance with hotel policies.
- Provide local area recommendations, including dining, transportation, and attractions, to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a tidy, organized front desk area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, guest services, or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor, aligning with luxury hospitality standards.
- Basic knowledge of local tourism, culture, and services in Bali is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
