Responsibility
- Provide attentive and friendly table service to restaurant guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
- Operate company vehicles to transport food supplies from the central kitchen to restaurant branches.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, service stations, and delivery vehicles.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and traffic regulations during deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (waiting tables, customer service, or driving roles preferred).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (for ingredient deliveries).
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic conditions (prior experience in Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas is a plus).
- High attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
