Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Assist in table setup, reservation management, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Educate guests on menu offerings, wine pairings, and Chef Corey Lee’s culinary philosophy with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting dining environment, including table settings, glassware, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly and discreetly.
- Upsell premium beverages, special dishes, and exclusive experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate in daily pre-service briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service standards, and guest preferences.
- Handle payment processing, billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, or Korean cuisine is highly advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic POS system proficiency and familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy).
