Responsibility
- Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations through detailed evaluations and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, or neurological conditions.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrotherapy) to promote healing and restore function.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques, research, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Valid physiotherapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indonesia (e.g., through HPCSA or equivalent).
- Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and patient management systems.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
