Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via chat and email in both French and English.
  • Resolve complex user issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of internal systems, product policies, and brand voice guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM platform to track trends and common issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring technical or process bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to team knowledge bases by updating documentation and FAQs.
  • Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and quality scores.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is strictly required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or international customer support environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple software platforms and communication tools simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strict attention to grammar and tone.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Metro Manila for hybrid work arrangements.
  • Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract engagement.
