Responsibility
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote products and drive sales.
- Maintain clean and organized product displays to ensure an appealing shopping experience.
- Provide accurate and compelling product knowledge to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional displays and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or restocking needs to the management team.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, presentation, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in maintaining product displays.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion strategies is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends in Bali is an advantage.
