Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets (RM200k+).
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to showcase property features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with minimal supervision.
- Track sales performance and report progress to management.
- Leverage digital marketing and social media to generate leads.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or commission-based roles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Knowledge of the Bali or Malaysian property market is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and workspace.
