Responsibility
- Conduct on-site store visits in assigned retail locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Verify and document product display compliance against brand guidelines (e.g., shelf placement, signage, promotions).
- Capture high-resolution photos of displays, products, and store layouts using a smartphone.
- Complete digital audit reports via a mobile app, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assess inventory levels and stock availability for assigned products.
- Provide feedback on merchandising effectiveness and potential improvements.
- Adhere to project timelines and submit reports by deadlines.
- Maintain professional communication with the CXG team and retail staff.
Qualifications
- Own a smartphone with a high-quality camera and reliable internet access.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured audit procedures.
- Basic English or Indonesian proficiency (written and verbal).
- Comfortable traveling to multiple retail locations in Bali (own transportation is a plus).
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or field audits is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with mobile apps and digital forms (training provided).
