Responsibility

  • Identify and engage with homestay/villa owners in Bali to secure exclusive property listings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on Bali’s real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and present property proposals, highlighting unique selling points to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listed properties through digital and traditional channels.
  • Track sales performance, commission earnings, and client feedback to refine strategies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, or business development (freelance or full-time).
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (written and verbal) to liaise with diverse property owners.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s property market is a plus but not required.
