Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective primary-level lessons in core subjects (e.g., Math, English, Science) aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse student needs and abilities.
- Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and Geniebookâs support team to develop lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Participate in professional development workshops and mentorship programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student engagement.
- Uphold Geniebookâs educational values and policies while fostering a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Proven experience as a primary school teacher, tutor, or educator (freelance or full-time).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
- Passion for education and student development with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to assigned locations in Bali as needed.
