Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the early learning centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a high-quality early childhood curriculum aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Mentor, train, and support a team of early childhood educators to enhance teaching quality and professional growth.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents and families through regular communication, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with local and international early childhood education regulations and accreditation standards.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth centre operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team.
- Represent the centre at community events, networking opportunities, and educational forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories, play-based learning, and curriculum frameworks (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or EYFS).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of educators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in parent engagement, community outreach, and building strong family-school partnerships.
- Familiarity with Indonesian early childhood education regulations and accreditation standards is advantageous.
