Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or group English lessons via our online platform for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and deliver engaging, personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and student needs.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, conversations, and feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor to create a positive, motivating learning environment.
- Utilize digital teaching tools (e.g., whiteboards, chat, multimedia) to enhance interactivity and retention.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents (if applicable) to support continuous improvement.
- Adhere to schedule commitments and ensure punctuality for all classes.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to refine skills and stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or similar (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
- Native or near-native English proficiency with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online or offline), especially with non-native speakers.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace with a webcam and headset.
- Passion for education and the ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and digital teaching platforms.
