Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or group English lessons online via our interactive platform.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans based on students’ proficiency levels and learning objectives.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, conversations, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional and engaging teaching environment with clear communication and patience.
- Utilize digital teaching tools (e.g., whiteboards, chat, video) to enhance the learning experience.
- Adhere to scheduled class times and maintain punctuality for all sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents (if applicable) after each lesson.
- Stay updated with ESL teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into your sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory for experienced teachers).
- Minimum 1-2 years of ESL teaching experience (online or offline).
- Excellent English proficiency (neutral accent and clear pronunciation).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype, or proprietary tools).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students of all ages.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones (especially Asian hours).
