Responsibility
- Manage student inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Process enrollment applications, verify documentation, and maintain student records in compliance with AU RTO standards.
- Coordinate with training coordinators to schedule classes, assessments, and certification issuance.
- Resolve student concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and distribute student communications, including welcome packs, progress reports, and certification notifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RTO policies, courses, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks to support the student services team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance student satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student services, education administration, or customer support (BPO experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Familiarity with Australian RTO frameworks or willingness to undergo training.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
