Responsibility
- Promote and sell Eastel Mobile products and services to new and existing customers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Eastel Mobile plans, promotions, and features.
- Assist customers with account setup, activations, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in Bali.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Eastel’s latest offerings to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
