Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and shortlisting.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Coordinator, or Talent Sourcer.
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and professional contexts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit hiring targets.
