Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one and group English tutoring sessions tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Assist members with language consultations, focusing on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including class scheduling, member check-ins, and resource preparation.
- Handle administrative duties such as attendance tracking, progress reporting, and student feedback documentation.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and supplementary materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the team to organize workshops, language exchange events, or cultural activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment for students and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, Literature, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an English tutor, teacher, or language instructor (freelance or institutional).
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of TEFL, TESOL, or ESL teaching methodologies.
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and adapt teaching styles to diverse learner needs.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS platforms).
- Passion for education, patience, and a student-centered approach to teaching.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in target areas).
