Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in Bali to promote Cordlife Persada’s insurance products and services.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions that align with clients' financial and personal goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, presentations, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Cordlife Persada team to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support, including policy explanations, claims assistance, and follow-up services.
  • Participate in local networking events, community engagements, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based, freelance environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Access to a reliable mode of transportation and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
