Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential business partners, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand Cordlife Persada’s market presence.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to educate partners on our services and value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach and negotiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention of partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in local events, seminars, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partnerships, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare and insurance sectors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, or life sciences is highly desirable.
