Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential franchisees across Bali, presenting the But First, Coffee brand and franchise opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve franchise expansion targets in key locations.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for new franchise locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Knowledge of the coffee industry or F&B sector is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
