Join Fredley Food and Beverages, a dynamic and innovative food and restaurant service established in 2014 by one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Avin Ong. We are expanding our presence in Bali and are looking for a Franchise Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our franchise partners across key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our corporate team and franchisees, ensuring seamless operations, brand consistency, and mutual growth. You will work closely with franchise owners to provide support, training, and strategic guidance to drive business success. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners across Bali, ensuring alignment with company standards and values.
- Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor franchise performance and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and brand consistency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local and regional promotional campaigns tailored to each franchise location.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with brand guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new franchisees, including training, setup, and initial operations support.
- Prepare and present reports on franchise performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its hospitality landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
