Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and onboard new franchise partners in Bali.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational success.
- Monitor franchise performance and implement corrective actions to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess franchise operations and compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on franchise performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing franchise relationships and driving growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
