Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise locations across Bali, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market demand.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and secure high-ticket franchise agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, investors, and business partners.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and financial projections to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless franchise onboarding and operational support.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing support to ensure brand consistency and profitability.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
