Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and in-store canvassing to promote and sell premium fragrance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, hotels, and individual clients in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on fragrance notes, benefits, and usage.
- Gather market feedback and report customer preferences to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in local events, exhibitions, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new fragrance launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and tourism industry is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for luxury products.
- Basic knowledge of fragrance categories, notes, and customer preferences.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
