Responsibility
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in retail stores, malls, or events across Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for fragrance products, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end consumers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their buying experience.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new fragrance releases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, retail, or canvassing (fragrance or beauty industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer preferences is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Professional appearance and a passion for luxury or personal care products.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
