Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts to produce accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional business strategies.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, HR) to integrate financial planning with operational execution.
- Design and implement KPIs and financial models to track performance against targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives and executive-level presentations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls, while maintaining robust audit trails and documentation.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and process efficiencies to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or FMVA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools required).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and financial software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting complex financial data to non-finance audiences.
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
