Responsibility
- Own and manage the monthly forecasting process, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and ready for senior leadership review.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to align financial planning with business goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and forecasted financial results.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from senior management.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes by leveraging automation and data visualization tools.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
