Responsibility
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to solve critical business problems for global clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders) to define data science roadmaps.
- Design and implement predictive analytics and prescriptive solutions using SAPâs AI frameworks.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for C-level executives.
- Optimize and scale data pipelines and ETL processes for high-performance analytics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, NLP, and computer vision to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data governance and ethics.
- Present findings and ROI analyses to clients and internal leadership.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects in a client-facing role.
- Expertise in SQL, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of business domains (e.g., supply chain, finance, or customer experience).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SAP AI tools (e.g., SAP HANA, Data Intelligence) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across global time zones.
