Responsibility
- Develop, test, and refine food products to ensure they meet safety, quality, and nutritional standards.
- Conduct laboratory analysis and sensory evaluations to assess product consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all products comply with local and international food regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO).
- Monitor and document quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout production.
- Investigate and resolve product defects or quality issues with root-cause analysis.
- Stay updated on emerging food trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or product development.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with laboratory testing, sensory evaluation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in food processing techniques and familiarity with production equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
