Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the food service and Horeca sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base in Bali’s luxury hospitality market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with high-profile clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for food and beverage products.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service sales, Horeca, or hospitality sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to drive profitable deals and market growth.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and sales forecasting tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
