Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the food service sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts or pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, participate in trade shows, and represent Farm Fresh Milk at industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer complaints, and coordinate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food service, FMCG, or dairy industry (minimum 2 years).
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a deep understanding of customer needs in the hospitality sector.
