Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation and temperature meet our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including setting up and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
