Responsibility

  • Train and educate staff on best practices in food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor and document food safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety, hygiene management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Certification in food safety management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
