Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team in inventory management, including stocking and rotating supplies.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all prepared meals.
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Provide excellent support to the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
