Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional greetings and efficient check-in/check-out services to guests.
- Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations using property management systems.
- Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions with integrity.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain meticulous records of guest data, bookings, and communications.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (hotel experience preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems (PMS).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
